**Cách 1:**
Bước 1: Tài khoản admin đăng nhập thành công vào hệ thống SSO2
Bước 2: Kích vào **Quản trị**
Bước 3: Kích vào menu **Tất cả**
Bước 4: Kích chọn các tài khoản cần xóa
Bước 5: Kích chọn nút expand, kích **Xóa tài khoản hàng loạt**
Bước 6: Kích nút **Thực hiện**
Xóa tài khoản theo file
**Cách 2:**
Bước 1: Tài khoản admin đăng nhập thành công vào hệ thống SSO2
Bước 2: Kích vào **Quản trị**
Bước 3: Kích vào menu **Tất cả**
Bước 4: Kích chọn expand>kích chọn **Xóa tài khoản hàng loạt**
Bước 5: Kích **Tải biểu mẫu** để tài về file mẫu, nhập vào danh sách tài khoản cần xóa
Bước 6: Kích **Nhấn hoặc kéo thả tệp**, chọn file người dùng cần xóa
Bước 7: Kích **Thực hiện**, **Xác nhận**
